The Albuquerque Museum Author Festival includes a day of educational workshops centered on the craft of writing and the business of writing. We offer sessions on characterization in fiction, effective editing that can make all the difference, valuable information on negotiating contracts and protecting copyrights, and following the narrative arc for fiction and non-fiction. Taught by published authors who are accomplished teachers, the workshops offer writers of all abilities the chance to hone their skills by learning more about the craft and business of writing.
